The 2009 winter show will feature solos and small group numbers performed by Hawkeye Skating Club and other US Figure Skating member skaters, large groups of Learn to Skate skaters, and invited synchronized skating teams.

Music

Music should be provided when this form is submitted, either as a CD, or emailed
as an electronic file to michael_flatte@mailaps.org
In the case of music choice conflicts, first to submit has priority.

Cost

Hawkeye Skating Club members: $30/skater for the first performance, $15 for
each additional. Other US Figure Skating members: $60/skater for the first performance, $30 for each additional. Participation in Finale is included without additional fee.
For example, club member A wishes to skate a solo performance and also to partner with member B for a pair performance, and skater B does not skate another performance (other than Finale). Skater A pays $45. Skater B pays $30.

Please pay by check made out to Hawkeye Skating Club.

Schedule

Routine development and coaching fees are the responsibility of the skater. Admission to the following ice times for rehearsal is included in the fee:
